Job Description

Sparklo is a global cleantech company producing and operating innovative solutions for plastic and aluminium recycling  – Reverse Vending Machines (or Sparklomats, as we call them). Sparklo is creating a global infrastructure that eliminates cause of plastic and aluminum pollution: collecting bottles and cans for recycling before they become waste, hence becoming an essential part of circular economy.   • Support efficient running of the office operations within the company;
  • Coordinate daily activities with other related departments, to communicate ongoing updates and changes happening within the MENA team;
  • Support direct manager and dotted line managers (HR Director, Managing Director, CEO);
  • Maintain the travel schedule (in-bound & out-bound) airtickets, hotel reservations of CEO;
  • Track direct cost expenses and cost optimisation within the travel expenditures;
  • Communication with the 3rd parties (PRO services, inquiries, quotations);
  • Develop the tracking system of day-to-day operational activities;
  • Participate in TOP management meetings and formalization of the structure (agenda, meeting minutes, recap);
  • Develop with close collaboration (HR department – onboarding process of new joiners, keep track of legal requirements.
