With us you will: 

  • Be  responsible for the installation and configuration of computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.
  • The perfect candidate has a strong knowledge and hands on experience in designing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
  • He/she will be also responsible to handle small projects covering Office IT area and perform vendor and SLA management as per the Vodafone policies.
  • Designs and keeps computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Support the roll-out of new systems and applications
