Immediate Hire

Looking for a FEMALE Administrator & Receptionist who is great with people,

social has positive and energetic energy and is very easy to communicate

with.

It’s important for us to hire someone who has some sort of

passion for dance, music, or the arts and has an appreciation towards it as we

are a small team of dance artists and instructors. The environment is a

positive one and a supportive one with a mix of international people. We would

love to find an addition to our team.

  • Daily admin work
  • Organizing documents & files
  • Documenting financial information
  • Maintaining & ordering supplies, checking
  • Studio inspections: Quality check on all equipment, space, floor, a/c, plumbing, wifi, etc.
  • Overseeing the studio cleanliness and making sure all is up to par
  • Schedule meetings
  • Assisting with daily tasks
  • Answering all calls and messages or inquiries from customers
  • Sending a payment link to customers
  • Registering customers to the class via system
  • Making sure to receive all customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Contacting customers: Class reminders, package expires, offers, etc.
  • Working hours: Sunday – Thursday 4 pm – 8pm , Saturday 8 am – 4 pm, and Friday Off
