Job Description :

Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect clients to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsAssists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.Hand out employee applicationsCoordinating the work of support staff at the officeData entry supportMaintain admin records and filing system.Responsible for issuing Business cards.Make travel arrangements for executivesMaintain contact listsPerforming any other tasks within the work scope as assigned

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field3-5 years of experience with knowledge of Admin operations.Good verbal and written communication skills.Good Presentation skills.Fluent English (Written & Spoken).Females are preferred
