Job Description:The individual is responsible for the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging French language instruction that adheres to established curriculum standards and addresses individual student needs. This includes the development of instructional materials and resources to facilitate language acquisition in all modalities: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Furthermore, the integration of cultural content, encompassing literature, history, and customs, is required to promote enhanced cultural awareness. The individual will assess student progress through various means, including examinations, assignments, and class participation, while providing constructive feedback and support. A variety of pedagogical methodologies, such as the communicative approach, immersive techniques, and technology-based tools, will be employed to accommodate diverse learning styles. Accurate records of student attendance, grades, and overall performance must be maintained. Participation in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities is also expected. Finally, the individual is tasked with cultivating a supportive classroom environment that fosters active learning and mutual respect amongst students.
