Responsibilities
Prepares general reporting on selling, logistics, and all other merchandising performance metricsActively monitor selling performance and provide Merchandising Manager with regular reporting to support thisPrepare financial and statistical reports for merchandising and initiate appropriate decisions for sameMonitor all issues and resolve it effectively with help of dataLook for new insights and opportunities to increase business performance by analysing wealth of dataExploring data to generate new insights and opportunities to increase business performanceBuild dashboards and reports to provide both ad-hoc and recurring insights to make sure we make the right decisions.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Merchandising3+ years of experience working within the Merchandising function or experience as an AnalystRetail industry experience preferredExperience using Business Intelligence tooling to dive into data and find pertinent insights to help reach improve your business goalsProficient in analysing performance and developing insights to consistently improve performanceVery strong analytical skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
