Job Description
We are looking for experienced Merchandisers who are interested in either full-time or part-time job.
As a Merchandiser, you need to understand the products and styles in their market to help your customers choose the right products for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Advise on products features and suggest alternatives or additional products as per the clients’ needs
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
- Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices
Skills
- Proven working experience in merchandising is a huge plus
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Ability to work several hours while standing up
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
- Current residents of the UAE
- Strong command of English is a must
