Medical Sales Representative

Neo Essentials Trading L.L.C, a UAE distribution company, is seeking to hire a medical sales field representative to promote and sell its products across the UAE market. Company portfolio is made up of skincare, detergents, toys and home decorative items.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Meeting monthly sales targets and customers reach targets

 Scheduling regularly appointments with potential healthcare providers, pharmacists, nurseries, spa, hypermarkets, and toy stores

 Promoting company’s portfolio to above customers by increasing product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products

 Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases

 Following up on leads generated by the company

 Presenting products and product functions to potential customers

 Following up on order replenishment when deemed necessary at store level

 Insuring that instore merchandising is as per company guidelines

 Keeping abreast of new developments in the market to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies

 Informing company of any competitor’s performance in the market

 The medical representative will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products
