§ Assist in scheduling and confirming patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals.
§ Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms
§ Verify patient’s eligibility and benefits with Insurance Companies.
§ Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
§ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction and to generate sales leads.
§ Provide product/services information about Novomed Centers.
§ Take the extra mile to engage customers to turn their inquiry into sales.
§ Resolve any problems that arise in a timely manner, and act as a mediator for the care and treatments that are being provided by Novomed to the patient.
§ Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
§ Ensure that patients received the necessary referrals and were reminded of future appointments.
§ Ensure that the environment was kept clean to increase customers’ comfort.
§ Ensure that every patient was welcomed into the facility with courtesy.
§ Entrust with and maintain strict confidentiality with security and other sensitive matters.
§ Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by the line manager.
- UAE Experience in healthcare is preferable
