Job Description
- Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.
- Help the staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Keep track of the upcoming events and inform the specific staff members about vital activities and meetings.
- Use communication channels like telephone, emails, social media to convey precise information as per the visitor’s requirement.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal information.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- To sale clinic services through social media platforms.
- Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling and filling patient’s credit.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Remarkable ability to handle MS Office tools for completing the required and assigned organizational tasks and duties.
