Job Description

Responsibilities

·        Manage sales & operations activities of Hypermedia, including Digital & Static Media, and Temporary Leasing/Brand activations.

·        Generate sales revenues, negotiating and closing deals

·        Conduct meetings with clients and prospects

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned media agencies and direct clients to ensure client retention

·        Manage sales pipeline and revenue forecast, to ensure monthly sales target are met

·        Deliver a professional service to every client

·        Meet yearly targets set by the Management

·        Participate in planning of annual revenue budgets to achieve in the capital

·        Develop and implement the Sales strategy set by the Sales Director

·        Work closely with Associate Sales Director to create strategic customer-oriented solutions that drive revenue

·        Provide operational support as per business requirements

·        Coordinate with concerned Mall Departments to ensure proper installation of activations

·        Maintain high level of communication and transparency with higher management, through regular reports and weekly meetings

·        Conduct regular malls site visits and inform Production/IT teams of any malfunction

·        Submit weekly sales reports, and any other documents as required by the management

·        Monitor competitors’ activities in Abu Dhabi and inform the team accordingly

·        Maintain strong relationships with Malls management teams, and attend Mall meetings as required by Management

·        Follow up and assist the Finance Department on any outstanding payment

·        Represent HyperMedia at various industry events, totaling approximately 5 per year

·        Always meet Hypermedia’s standards

·        Open new doors and opportunities to generate sales leads

·        Attend different industry events to meet new clients and present Hypermedia assets

Objectives

·        Maximize company revenues through the sale of In-Mall advertising assets
