- Carry out maintenance planes according to the maintenance system & coordinate same with the other dept. heads
- Overall: Startup machinery to ensure trouble free Production operation.
- Assist in ensuring the maximum utilization of manpower and production lines .
- Ensure that all the mechanical equipment are well repaired.
- Carry out all adjustments for optimum line performance.
- Pre-operation adjustment, cleanliness & lubrication of all plant’s equipment before production start up .
- Conduct his area inspection lists as per the needed frequency.
- Carry out autonomous maintenance and ensure that machine condition is optimized including lubrication and adjustment.
- Reduce downtime by carrying out correct changeover as per procedures.
- Record all downtime and complete 5-Why.
- Ensure that his area meets the required Hygiene standards.
- 4 -8 years Experience in Food or Beverages industry.
- Technical school graduate, or any relevant diploma.
- Ability to deal effectively with machines
- To be familiar with the work – out / tag – out procedures.
- Self-motivated, proactive and team player, able to interact with people
