Job Description
- Study Project Documents (IFC Dwgs, Method of Statement, Specifications, etc) and identify the potential Technical Issues/Clashes between different Disciplines and propose Solutions.
- Conduct thorough Take Off and Request Material on a regular basis as per Site Requirement.
- Manage a team of Supervisors, Foremen, Technicians and Helpers to ensure the timely delivery of the Tasks and according to top Quality Standards
- Attend and actively Contribute to Coordination meetings internally and with external parties (Other Subcontractors, Main Contractor, Consultant, PMC and Owner Representatives.
- Assign and optimize Resources to ensure Highest Productivity
- Adhere to a defined schedule for completing assigned tasks with full efficiency.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to prepare well-crafted and technically sound progress reports.
Skills
- Prior work exposure in handling mechanical engineering projects involving HVAC , Fire Fighting/Suppression, Plumbing, etc.
- Strong command of analytical skills and software to solve practical challenges associated with ongoing projects.
- 5 to 10 year of Experience of active involvement in fast paced, Technically demanding projects.
- Exposure to 1st tier Contractors and Consultants is a plus
- .Familiar and well versed with the International and local codes and standards.
