Job Description:Execute the following mechanical engineering tasks: Develop detailed mechanical designs and 3D models utilizing CAD software, ensuring adherence to project specifications and requirements; collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of mechanical components; participate in design reviews, providing technical input and incorporating feedback to optimize product performance and manufacturability; generate engineering drawings, documentation, and bills of materials for prototypes and production; conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and feasibility studies to ensure design robustness and cost-effectiveness; support prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing, identifying and resolving design issues; contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and standards; ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines; communicate effectively with project stakeholders to report progress, challenges, and solutions; and remain current with advancements in mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing technologies.
