Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

The individual will be responsible for the following:

1. **Marketing Strategy Development:** Formulating marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives and conducting market analysis to identify target audiences and optimal promotional strategies.

2. **Marketing Campaign Management:** Implementing and overseeing marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, including the execution of field marketing activities such as exhibitions and hypermarket promotions. This also necessitates the continuous monitoring of campaign performance and the application of data-driven improvements.

3. **Market Research:** Investigating consumer behavior and needs, as well as monitoring competitor activities to identify their strengths and weaknesses.

4. **Social Media Management:** Developing and disseminating engaging content across social media platforms, interacting with the audience, and analyzing feedback.

5. **Reporting and Analysis:** Preparing regular reports on campaign and marketing strategy performance, utilizing data analysis tools to evaluate results and inform decision-making.

6. **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Collaborating with sales teams to identify market needs and working with the design team to create compelling marketing materials.

7. **Marketing Budget Management:** Allocating budgets for diverse marketing campaigns and monitoring expenditures.

8. **Relationship Management:** Engaging with prospective clients and partners to cultivate collaborative relationships, and representing the organization at industry events and trade shows.

9. **Brand Development:** Ensuring consistency of brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels, and enhancing the organization’s reputation and brand awareness.

10. **Trend Monitoring:** Remaining informed of developments in digital marketing and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.

**Furthermore, the individual will:**

* Conduct market research to discern consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
* Conceptualize and develop creative marketing campaign ideas.
* Support both outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning.
* Coordinate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
* Collaborate with marketing professionals and other relevant departments to align brand awareness and marketing initiatives.
* Plan and implement initiatives to engage target audiences through various channels, including social media, email, and traditional media.
* Assist in analyzing marketing data, such as campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic data, to refine marketing strategies.
* Perform individual marketing tasks as assigned.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
