Job Description:**Job Purpose**
Incumbents at this level are responsible for providing expert consultation on STC’s product and service portfolio, market insights, and demand forecasting to facilitate the consolidation of demand plans, business cases, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and communications. Additionally, they advise on the comprehensive customer lifecycle and experience to enhance organizational value.
**Job Responsibilities**
**Product:**
* Provide expert guidance in defining product lifecycles and developing roadmaps for product development and management. This involves acquiring and leveraging market insights to create innovative products and solutions that meet customer expectations.
* Advise on the management of existing product lines, focusing on increasing profitability and establishing profit and loss goals for each product or product line in collaboration with the Finance department.
* Offer counsel on developing product strategies, product development programs, lead generation and management, product launches, and communication strategies, utilizing emerging technologies to enhance product competitiveness in the market.
* Provide leadership and guidance on product visibility and implementation, proactively taking initiatives to improve and enhance customer perceptions and experiences.
* Advise on the profitability and performance of Qitaf and Tamayouz programs, driving regular program evolution strategies and implementing corrective measures.
**Price:**
* Advise on pricing elements within the commercial portfolio for both fixed and mobile services.
* Validate and seek approval from the pricing committee for significant pricing changes within the business units.
* Advise on the implementation of targeted campaigns to optimize strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This may include the acquisition and implementation of pricing optimization tools.
* Advise on the creation of technical documentation related to network usage demand and product development to support pricing decisions.
* Advise product managers on defining and implementing new telecommunications services and the introduction of profitable commercial promotions.
**Promotion & Communication:**
* Provide expert counsel on managing STC’s branding initiatives and developing an overarching branding framework. This includes establishing relevant policies, procedures, and processes for marketing communication, market intelligence and research, market segmentation, media relations, event management, public relations, digital and social media marketing, and brand management, adhering to all relevant standards.
* Advise on identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery through online and e-service channels, as well as the application of social media, mobile applications, and other technologies.
* Guide the development of relevant commercial promotions for products and services in collaboration with product managers.
* Offer advice on targeted campaigns to optimize strategic KPIs.
* Translate STC’s business direction and objectives into strategic brand-building activities and communication strategies to enhance and maintain the position of the STC brand at the KSA and group levels. This includes channel and budget recommendations.
* Define a robust brand guardianship mechanism to ensure adherence to brand strategy and guidelines across all sectors and at the group level, through monitoring, guiding, and approving all Above-The-Line (ATL), Below-The-Line (BTL), and digital campaigns to ensure consistency with the brand strategy and its guidelines.
**Customer Experience:**
* Advise on partnering with clients and businesses, utilizing insights to leverage the company’s value by driving performance and client satisfaction, enhancing business value propositions, and identifying new growth opportunities through customer experience transformation activities.
* Advise on customer experience strategies, programs, initiatives, and emerging issues to enable customer-centric strategic decision-making.
* Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on customer experience-related topics, including customer experience measurement and analysis, survey design, contact engineering, emerging technologies, and journey mapping.
* Advise on managing complaints, identifying root causes, and developing complaint reduction initiatives in coordination with all sectors (e.g., IT, Network, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure the effective execution of these initiatives.
* Advise on customer loyalty and retention strategies based on the product portfolio, and initiate targeted promotions to predict and address potential churners.
**Generic Role:**
* Advise on the development of the annual marketing plan for STC, including the marketing budget, relevant business cases, and pricing, based on in-depth analysis of the marketing requirements for STC’s plans, new projects, and ad-hoc programs.
* Advise on market intelligence and demand analytics to analyze customer data and generate recommendations for relevant business functions.
* Evaluate reports and analyze metrics, internal trends, and patterns to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
* Advise on all initiatives aimed at analyzing best practices in the field of marketing to implement ideas for continuous improvement in relevant policy areas.
* Liaise with marketing insights for the analysis of market and competitor data related to STC’s products and services to devise effective action plans for maximizing sales, revenues, and market share.
* Advise on managing effective relationships with STC’s external vendors, including agencies, event management companies, and market research agencies, ensuring that their queries are addressed effectively.
**Experience**
* 8-10 years of experience in marketing, market research, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, customer experience, or other marketing areas within the technology/telecommunications industry.
