Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of Resort Marketing (large/small and strategic/tactical) from preopen, ensuring a smooth transition to the Base Business team

Solve for dynamic market considerations: i.e., customer demographics, competitive landscape, market, and region saturation (single site vs. multiple)

  • Provide marketing / branding POV on site selection, building design, and awareness building activities in market 4 – +8 months pre-open
  • Plan, gain executive buy-in, and execute bespoke plans for Year 1 resorts missing financial goals
  • Drive new customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Execute marketing plans seamlessly in partnership with external agencies, Field Operations, Finance, Consumer Insights, NVA Marketing, creative teams, and executive leadership
  • Develop effective, repeatable, and scalable practices and processes to benefit pipeline openings
  • Use data to tell stories and communicate marketing impact and value
  • Track and analyze performance across integrated channels to spot potential issues, inform revisions, and pivot quickly to improve performance and outcomes
  • Manage annual budget and optimize spend across the portfolio to drive financial performance
