Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for annual marketing plan and strategy for Parsons Middle East (MEA) business
  • Proactively collaborate across business units, sectors, and departments to plan and deliver key marketing campaigns, maximizing the effectiveness of the corporation’s marketing and business intelligence goals and initiatives.
  • Understand Parsons’ products, services, and client base to actively create and nurture targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns in accordance with regional and corporate strategy.
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials.
  • Work closely with the strategy and business development department, MEA executive leadership team, and corporate team to align marketing and communication strategies.
  • Partner across functions, business units, and markets to develop event strategies and track, measure and analyze impact of trade shows, sponsorships, and other corporate events – with a focus on maximizing the potential and investment for each engagement.
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures.
  • Work closely with the corporate creative services department to maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Collaborate with graphic design staff to plan and produce materials ensuring all proposal materials are effectively communicating the strategic vision.
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, achieve enterprise business objectives, drive innovation and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build long term relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Manage MEA’s internal communications content that is delivered within the organization.
  • Coordinate communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other special communications-related projects.
