Hands of Hope is a physical therapy practice with currently 7 locations in NY, USA, and growing rapidly, in addition to our new upcoming business ventures. We are looking to add a creative, highly-active, Marketing Manager to our team.The ideal candidate should have familiarity of the US market, and a good understanding of healthcare services. This role requires flexibility and someone who will roll up their sleeves and handle work execution, and gradually grow the marketing team and produce outstanding, unique, creative end product, and give our brand the edge we aspire to reach. The candidate must be knowledgeable of the latest marketing trends, effective growth techniques, through online and offline channels. And is able to engage and inspire customers and send unique messages, intriguing storytelling, and has a one-of-a-kind voice that separates our brand from the competition.Job Description:Developing and executing new ideas for driving engagement goals.Own campaigns targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning. You will build and execute campaigns, report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends.Adopting the latest creative marketing trends in our social media platforms and on our website.Market research: Dive deep and identify customer segments and insights related to customers and the full funnel analysis, as well as our competitors.Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and propose action plans.Liaising with internal stakeholders to develop timely inputs, set-up processes across other functions of the organization to maintain a high bar on quality execution.Partnering with internal teams to plan, develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified. traffic to our website and social media platforms, increase followers, likes, and engagement.Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social media, and blog that attracts and converts our target groups, and increase the number of patient bookings through measured KPIs.Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.Deploy successful marketing campaigns, contests, quizzes, etc. and own their implementation from ideation to execution.Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with internal departments.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.Boost all of our company’s digital channels, brochures, and marketing material.Provide insight on our branding strategy and upcoming business ventures.Purchase of marketing related services/products, whether with agencies or vendors, requesting RFPs, creating comparisons and evaluation matrix, up to execution.Boost and improve our SEO, SEM, and media buying activities.

Job Requirements :

Bachelors’ degree in marketing or a relevant discipline.Fluency in English is an absolute must.Able to do the technical aspect of campaigns, website backend and other technicalities by him / herself Flexibility in learning new aspects of marketing and work with different tools Flexibility in working with different brands 5+ years in the marketing field with at least 1 years as a marketing manager / supervisorThinking out of the box, and high creative thinking.Able to create unique, dynamic, engaging brand content.Proactive, compassionate, and takes Initiatives.Strong team-building with different specialties.Advanced knowledge of marketing overall with in-depth knowledge of brand building, communication strategies, promotion, and digital marketing.Team worker.Customer focus, understanding needs, and behavior, translating these to service/product improvements.Market intelligence skills, competitors monitoring to build a unique competitive advantage.Age is not more than 35 years.Ability to achieve targets and KPIs.Previous experience in the healthcare industry and the US market is a plus.Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm – Monday to Friday in Maadi.
