Job Description
We aim to build a cloud-enabled platform of MENA’s next generation leading F&B brands. UXP is a ghost kitchen startup that builds & operates its own F&B brands. We are looking to onboard a marketing professional with tremendous opportunity to grow with the Company.
- Develop & implement strategy marketing strategy & plan
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company
- Promote & manage company brands
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
- Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company brand
- Develop & execute social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Planning and developing social media campaigns
- Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
- Posting content across social media accounts
- Engaging with customers on different channels
Skills
English & Arabic proficiency
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
