Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
1. Lead all marketing activities, including but not limited to innovation, communication and events
2. Develop and implement marketing policies and a strategic plan.
3. Act as the secondary spokesperson for the company.
4. Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.
5. Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
6. Manage the company’s marketing planning, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
7 Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
11. Work with the Managing Director to discuss and review marketing strategy and tactics periodically
12. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

• Strong P&L understanding

• Flexibility to travel frequently
• Ability to adapt to different situations, cultures and people and the ability to relocate
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate or equivalent 4-5 years of relevant experience
• MBA is a PLUS
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing positions within multinational and regional companies
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong career progression – clear evidence of consistent advancement
• Experience with contracts, basic legal understanding
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to business
• Fluency in English
