Job Description
• Effectively utilize time management skills to support in scheduling marketing campaigns
• Support the marketing team in the planning of new marketing campaigns and adjustments if required to existing campaigns
• Support with the marketing calendar ensuring all scheduled activities is updated
• Utilize creativity to support the team in refining artwork
• Work alongside supporting departments including business insight to understand return on investment on marketing campaigns
• Prepare design briefs, work with agency to determine full scope and requirement as well as communicate realistic timelines and deliverables
• Keeps Marketing Supervisor informed with project status and any setbacks, seeking suggestions on new techniques to be employed if required
• Ensures that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is at par with McDonald’s high standards and branding guidelines
• Liaises with other members of the team to brainstorm and maximize creativity
• Supports Advertising, Branding, Events, and other internal stakeholders with creative requirement
Support the wider team with any other additional responsibilities
Skills
Language Fluency
• English is a must
• Arabic is preferrable
Requirements:
• University Qualifications: Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within the food industry
• Experience working in a high-paced Retail & Quick-Serve Restaurant industry is a major asset
• Organized and able to lead and execute project activities to completion without error
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
• Flexibility, creativity and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment
