Job DescriptionMarketing & Communication manager for AJ international group for recycling Our company have been in 22 countries over the world. The ideal candidate will lead marketing  team in Egypt.Main Responsibilities Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for each of our 7 operating countries based on each country’s specific objectives.Managing the entire marketing team consisting of 20+ members including copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, community managers, a media buyer, and a web developer.Fully responsible for all the marketing department outcomes including social content, website content, advertising campaigns, and printouts.Hiring the entire content creation team in Cairo.Responsible for increasing monthly sales and brand awareness in collaboration with the Sales and PR managers.Responsible for the following channels’ development and content: website, App, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and blog.Managing the content creation and publishing process of over 100 pieces of social media content per month for different social channels across our 7 countries.Brainstorm with team members to develop marketing campaign ideas for each countryOutsource and manage third parties photographers and videographers in each of our operating countries when neededProvide editorial, creative, and technical support to the marketing team members.Track web analytics and content engagement rates to optimize their content accordinglyWork requires travel between company branches around the world 

Job Requirements :

Minimum 8 years of proven experience as marketing manager.Work in marketing agency.Ability to design a clear digital & operational marketing strategies.Well-experienced in managing marketing campaigns across social media, event management , web channels.Very strong leadership qualities.Creativity and the ability to develop original content.Excellent copy-writing skills in Arabic and English.Experience with social media management and reporting tools.Strong analytical and project management skills.MBA holder is preferred.Creative and out of the box thinker.Experience of running campaigns & dealing media agencies.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
