We are a leading provider of premium bottled water, seeks a seasoned and strategic Marketing & Brand Manager to join our growing team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA preferred.
- Five years of overall marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a consumer goods or FMCG environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and communication with a focus on building brand loyalty.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, website management, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.
- Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and voice across all channels.
- Create engaging content, including website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials, that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and execute cross-functional marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, including partnerships and public relations initiatives.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to maximize ROI.
