- Leading and directing all Marketing and Brand strategies, research, insights, creatives, and routine functions of the Marketing department in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the Al Rashed Food group product portfolio. You will own the user and shopper understanding agenda.
- Understanding customer and consumers, almost to the point of obsession with enormous focus given to data driven decisions to develop clear strategic, geographic and investment choices through inspiring packaging/pos design, communications, and experiences to consistently deliver brand and product growth. Build strong relationships with all relevant internal and external parties.
- Lead and Champion the Innovation agenda strengthening the research, process, systems ensuring they are high quality, regularly updated, clear and connected for all relevant team members to develop new innovations to drive immediate and adjacent category growth, in addition to completely new category entry and development.
- Develop and lead Digital marketing / eCommerce activities ensuring powerful content is deployed in parallel with other marketing aspects, packaging, path to purchase, promotional activities to maximize return on overall investment. High focus on digital transformation through innovative packaging initiatives linking to digital media and eCommerce.
- Design, Develop and Execute world class path to purchase program utilizing all aspects of the customer and consumer journey including pre/post purchase delivering “added value excellence” across trade marketing, product sampling, store branding, point of sale, promotions, merchandising and category management functions which meet the strategic needs of marketing, sales and key customers.
- Partnering with the management team to lead, advise and participate in building a great marketing and brand experience across the suite of Al Rashed Food Group products enhancing customers and consumers perception of Al Rashed Food Group products and continually accelerating our commercial performance to achieve the company goals and objectives.
