Job Description :

Develop a Corporate Client strategy and identify potential clients to block seats for their employees through the Admissions Reservation Program and potentially build a school for their employees. Deepen relationships with existing corporate clients with a view to increasing their involvement with THE CO. Develop relations with clients to make THE CO the preferred school provider for their staff. Provide regular newsletters, communications, and invitations to THE CO functions.Work closely with the School Principals to ensure students’ enrolments across all schools are as per the budgeted projections. Develop strategies to improve enrolments across the network including cross-selling and assisting schools that have yet to meet capacity. Organize, maintain, analyze and report on all information related to student enrolment numbers including trends, demographics, etc. Present consolidated management reporting on student enrollments.Develop the marketing and communications strategy, in accordance with the strategic objectives; continuously assess effectiveness and success.Develop & implement annual marketing and communications plans.Manage the CO Enrolment process and ensure staff is well trained to sell school places.Ensure a robust centralized admissions process is created. Develop processes and measurements that enhance the student admissions process.Take on interim responsibility for the training & development of Front of House staff, by identifying, designing, and delivering FOH training programs with a view to providing superior customer service to parents, staff, and students. This training will move to the Leadership Academy eventually.Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the CO Core Values.Ensure the CO policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment.

Job Requirements :

Expected Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred.Expected Experience:A minimum of 10 years in marketing or business development roles. Strong network within the market. Experience in a service industry and/or education company is a plus.A minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership/ management role.  Prior experience in operations like product launches, driving sales revenue, customer care / engagement, organizing/marketing of events etc. is desirableJob-Specific Knowledge & Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, public speaking, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, sales skills will be needed to be successful in this role.   Should be able to develop strong relations with prospective clients. Should be able to challenge, follow up rigorously with schools to ensure delivery of enrolment targets.  Must have ability to handle diverse activities and multi-tasking.
