Manager – Sales (International) – Dubai Holding Entertainment

In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include

Financial Responsibilities
Achieve departmental revenue, footfall and per cap objectives
Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.

Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
Operational Responsibilities
Working on account management plans with Sales coordinators
Spotting market opportunities for new customers
Attending weekly meetings with other senior members of the business
Business Planning
Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
Spotting market opportunities for new customers
Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.

Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
People Management
Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis
About You

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
4 – 5 years of relevant work experience
Flexibility and Adaptability
