Manager Pricing| AMW| Seeduwa
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Setting product pricing, discounts, and margins etc. while maintaining profitability.
- Liaise with other teams to closely track movements in costs and make amendments to the pricing strategies.
- Liaise with company owned workshops, parts dealers, customers and AMW internal divisions as and when required.
- Analyze price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impacts, potential incremental volumes, and inventory.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
- Track market trends, be up to date on pricing best practices and market dynamics.
Skills
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Administration or Management from a recognized university or an institution.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a similar role in automotive industry including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good computer literacy with excellent command in MS Excel and SAP experience would be an added advantage.
