Job Description
Key Result Areas:
- Responsible for delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual primary targets
- Deliver sell-out targets and market share growths within the planned margins (ToTs)
- Execute marketing campaigns to deliver intended outcomes through ROAS attributed sales
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L of the eCom vertical managing Amazon and Flipkart
- Negotiate and close platform level JBPs to achieve the desired sales growth and market share gains
- Strategize and execute new product launch through merchandizing and marketing activities
- Analyse eCommerce platforms insights to grow sales through a right mix of product, price, and promotion w.r.t competition
- Work closely with support functions like finance, marketing, and supply chain to ensure adherence to processes and no disruptions to scaling up of business
- Maintain partner hygiene w.r.t account payables and receivables
- Prepare volume forecasts in alignment with SCM
- Review monthly sales and marketing performance to devise actions items for future growth
- Understand the shopper journeys on eCom platforms to plan interventions to drive sell-outs
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical & communication skills – ability to manage business by numbers, design experiments, analyse performance via metrics and communicate results effectively
- Tier 1 engineering schools or Tier 1 MBA schools or demonstrated experience of driving growth in a start-up environment
- Prior experience in e-commerce will be desirable
