Department – Management and HR Consulting Department

Job Objective

Managing and implementing all Department’s activities relating to budget, annual promotional services plan, Preparing and implementing proposals and engagement letters to achieve clients’ satisfaction

Capabilities

Ability to work independently and provide inspiration to work team.

Additionally, the job holder should have the following capabilities:

  • Deductive Analysis (The ability to deduct information from the rules or public conclusions (this includes finding the relationships among the related events)
  • Inductive Analysis
  • to set general rules for specific problems to find logic solutions.
  • Ability to Analyze Problems
  • to know the mistake occurrence or the probability of its occurrence. This doesn’t include the problem solution but identifying its existence.
  • Ability to Arrange Information
  • to arrange events or business in a specific way in line with a specific rule or rules (such as, concluding the stereotypes relating to letters, words, pictures, or mathematic operations.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Assist in Preparing the annual promotion plan for the Department services
  • Assist in developing the creative copywriting of webpages
  • Assist in preparing the technical and financial proposal submitted to clients;
  • Assist in preparing the engagement letters;
  • Assist in implementing the client engagements (as per the approved Processes, Policies and Procedures Manual);
  • Assist in preparing the periodic reports (as per the approved system);
  • Assisting in providing instruction and training (training on job) to the Management staff;
  • Assisting in preparing the reports relating to the Management’s current engagements and other objectives.
  • Working as acting senior manager if the senior manager is absent for any reasons; and
  • Performing any other tasks as assigned to them.
