Job Description :
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations together with leading and coaching the maintenance team to achieve business targets.Sets plants preventive schedules to guarantee the efficiency of machines and equipment’s.Works hand in hand with the Technical department head and sets the annual maintenance budget to ensure its compliance with the approved budget.Supervises both the fixing of any emergency breakdowns and the plant operation covering both equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime identifying opportunities for improvement.Generates reports, analyzes data and initiates recommendations for improving equipment efficiency and solving maintenance-related problems.Allocate maintenance resources in case of any emergency troubleshooting.Ensures that maintenance personnel are adequately trained in cooperation with the HR, well equipped and motivated to accomplish the maintenance programs in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner raising their performance.Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Cooperate with Projects department to plan, allocate resources from design to delivery stages.Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance and machine expenses as spare parts and R&M accounts.Best Utilization of spare parts stored in spare parts warehouse as first priority.Lead and maintain utilities team to ensure the efficiency of power stations & plant’s utilities and manage minor/major breakdowns trouble shooting.Lead with participation of projects department for automation direction of SCADA PLC’s operations in production lines.
Job Requirements :
Educational:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.Proficiency in PLC & SCADA systems.Proficient in Microsoft ApplicationsExcellent command in spoken and written English and Arabic. Personal Skills:Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Competent in problem solving & decision making skills.Adaptability skills.Ability to work with diverse cultures.Strong attention to details..
