Job Description:Maintain and repair plastic processing machinery, diagnose faults, develop maintenance schedules, collaborate with relevant teams, maintain accurate records, conduct root cause analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, support equipment installation, train personnel, and coordinate with external vendors.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a plastic manufacturing environment, preferably with injection and blow molding machines.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in industrial machines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production and technical teams.
- Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or emergency on-calls if required.
- Familiarity with maintenance software or CMMS systems for reporting and planning.
- Basic proficiency in English (technical reading & writing) is preferred.
