We are seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts to expand our customer base. Your primary focus will be on generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business. We’re looking for a highly motivated customer sales representative with experience and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

Primary:

Grow revenue and nurture relationships with our existing customer base.

Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Utilize your inside sales knowledge to its full potential.

Prepare formal and spot bids.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by staying in close contact with all customers, including following up on any concerns or issues.

Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.

Report any customer problems to management.

Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals, and closures.

Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
