Logistics Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.Manage communication with transporters, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.Prepare and maintain shipment records, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse coordination for timely dispatch.Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and local transport laws.Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.Assist in resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns promptly.Support import/export activities, including documentation and clearance coordination.Generate periodic logistics reports for management review.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in Dubai.Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.Familiarity with logistics software, inventory systems, and MS Office.Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a time-sensitive environment.Knowledge of UAE customs and transport regulations is an added advantage.Joining Noorka Logistics in Dubai as a Logistics Executive provides an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a leading logistics company.
