Logistic Officer (Emirati Talent)

Core Accountabilities
Communicate with the transportation team to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Prepare loads for shipment.

Prepare accurate reports for upper management Oversee and facilitate supply chain operations
Utilizing logistics processes to optimize shipping and transport.

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively.

Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.

Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Take a responsible approach to health, safety, and environmental risks involved in your specific job capacity within the organization.

Experience & Educational Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

3 years of experience in relevant field.

Knowledge of working with freight forwarders for shipment.

Key Skills
Understanding and awareness of key logistics management
Customer/Client focus
Building and managing relations
Knowledge of inventory management is required.
