- Must have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Procurement, contract, and oil fields background experience
- Working knowledge in Omani Exploration and Production
- Sharing Agreements (EPSA) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Oman commercial law laws and regulations
- Negotiation skills
