Job Description
- Assisting in the Move-in/Move-in of the tenant.
- Conduct Pre- Check-In/Pre Departure of the tenant.
- Conduct regular inspection of the apartments/villas and ensure organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Update and maintain customer database.
- Strongly enforce policies and maintain lease records.
- Responded to customer inquiry call, quickly assessing the customer’s needs and problems in order to deliver an ideal solution.
- Coordinate with concern department on any issues raise by tenants.
- · Provide support to on-site staff by tracking and ensuring all aspects of the leasing process is completed properly.
- · Communicate with tenants regarding issues that may arise to insure deals are executed efficiently.
- · Perform clerical tasks including answering phones, filing, data entry using property management database and ordering supplies required.
- · Responsible for overseeing the SOP leasing process followed effectively.
- · Accurately and efficiently prepare and assists with all leasing related paperwork.
- · Responsible for coordinating all aspects of lease administration.
- · Ensure leases are properly executed by all parties.
- · Track and schedule lease agreements, coordinating lease execution, construction, tenant possession and other landlord related deliveries.
- · Process executed leases for Landlord signature and ensure copies are sent to appropriate parties.
- · Monitor and prepare lease renewal schedules.
- · Prepare and issue lease renewal invitations and all sorts of letters sent to tenants.
- · Prepare and track renewal documents for tenant and landlord signature.
- · Process renewed leases with proper documentation and ensure copies are sent to appropriate parties.
- · Assist in handover particulars including move in inspections to ensure that properties are ready for occupancy.
- · Assist in the lease termination and vacating process including move out inspections.
Skills
- Have 3 years experience with same position
- Working knowledge of leasing practices
- MS Office familiarity
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service orientation
