Coordinate prospective residents, create guest cards, and input their information into database.
Know how to present of the building’s amenities and apartments to prospective residents.
Assist prospective residents with the application process.
Conduct lease signing and ensure accuracy of all lease documents.
Ensure approved applicants’ move-in process is smooth.
Communication with residents regarding maintenance issues, lease renewals, and resolve any concerns.
Work closely with the management team to ensure that the apartment community is meeting targeted occupancy and revenue goals.
Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.
2 – 5 years’ experience in residential rental market.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to learn various property management systems (Yardi, MRI, RealPage).
Demonstrates strong selling skills by ability to prospect and qualify leads, identify customer needs, translate features to benefits, deliver effective demos, negotiate, and close sales. Recognizes that sales are an emotional as well as logical decision.
Manages multiple priorities while demonstrating the initiative to produce results and resolve problems.
Demonstrates leadership using diplomatic skills during difficult situations with applicants, brokers or staff/management.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
