Job Description

Job Purpose:

To design and facilitate delivery of suitable training programs to support the organization’s development objectives and contribute to the long-term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential and to establish a learning culture within ATM.

Roles & Responsibility:
* Support the Senior Learning and Development Manager in managing process of training needs identification and deciding on the type and number of training courses required
* Design and develop training programs of different learning interventions such as classroom, virtual and online based on the needs of ATM and its learners.
* Manage the project of  certification programs through different stages to deliver as per agreed deliverables.
* Deliver identified learning programs to custom target audience of behavioural and system skills based on business needs.
* Conduct the ATM induction program as required, for new joiners by providing them in-depth information on the products, job responsibilities, customer service standards, and policies and procedures. Share feedback on status with the HR team for complete follow through.
* Benchmark good practices, both internally and externally and recommend solutions to address identified needs related to talent development and employee engagement
* Identify and develop training programs and material in line with business needs and ATM training courses required
* Organize quality and cost-effective training and ensure effective and timely administration of the training programs
* Validate the training nominations and ensure people attend the right programs
* Facilitate the training program and deliver training courses to meet its stated objectives and motivate the attendees to imbibe the learning and apply it in the workplace
* Implement process for employee and talent learning and development, which includes delivering training, professional development and coaching services in order to ensure that  knowledge is captured, retained and re-used throughout ATM
* Organize and maintain training documentation and administration system, to store, retrieve and utilize training needs information, program details, attendance and feedback data, and other relevant information that may aid decision-making and future planning
* Stay well-informed with developments in the field of training and facilitation, and recommend suitable approaches that can be adapted to the training needs of ATM. Where applicable, stayup to date with new trends in the industry, new products/services launched, and ensure this information is cascaded to staff
* Issue progress reports to document work progress and gather feedback from the participants as well as their supervisors/managers to assess the effectiveness of training and its impact on staff performance
* Collaborate with Senior Learning and Development Manager and contribute to the creation and reinforcement of a learning culture/ e-learning techniques/ packages, by continuously initiating projects/ tools that stimulate passion and commitment to learning and professional growth
* Deliver to the Senior Learning and Development Manager periodic reports reflecting the training activities of ATM and recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
