Lead Systems Engineer – (Hybrid Work Schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership of the development and support of electromechanical high-speed rotating machines (Generators and Motors)
- Requirements analysis and decomposition
- Product development, system design and integration
- Systems validation & verification
- Customer and supplier interaction
- Input to budget/schedule and project coordination
- Preparing proposals and engineering estimates for development programs
Skills
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Related Engineering Disciplines
- 5+ years of development and product support of electromechanical machines
WE VALUE
- Advanced knowledge of systems development lifecycle
- Experience in the design/development of electric generators and motors is a plus
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
- Leading diverse and global team
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently takes the initiative to get things done
- Ability to adapt, dictated by project changes
- Multi-tasking and ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
