Job Description :

The goal is to convert quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs. This role is meant to employ a number of methods and strategies to increase and maintain profit, efficiency, customer engagement, and brand loyalty. You will be tasked with systemizing marketing and advertising efforts and increasing revenue and sales. The expectation is for you to receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads, use a script to qualify all leads, enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in a software that we use and report to and assist the Sales Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered. Most importantly you will need to work hand in hand with the Acquisition Managers to successfully close deals.​​
