JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the Installation, repair & maintain kitchen equipment’s and Electrical work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Applying and following the contractual obligations, PSGS’s policies and procedures
· Following, implying and maintaining all ISO standards and requirements
· Technical and professional skill or knowledge in position related areas and keeps up with current developments and trends in area of work
· Constantin attention must be paid to Safe Work Practices, immediately addressing any unsafe act witnessed to the maintenance manager
· Thorough knowledge in single phase, three phase electric systems
· Following up day to-day instruction given by maintenance manager / maintenance supervisor.
· Coordinating with co-workers to ensure the smooth operation- giving helping hand when it’s needed
· Maintaining and request necessary spare parts requisitions to reporting manager
· Reporting immediately to reporting manager in case of any defaults in maintenance issues.
· Conducting preventive maintenance on all equipment as per schedule
· Modifying electrical circuits, High voltage and low voltage panel board control system
· Indus trialing electrical wiring, Cabling and joints installation,
· Proper and efficient use of spare parts according to the necessity
· Timely checks on equipment and work area
· Submitting the equipment’s service report / documentation to the reporting manager
Performing other duties as directed
Skills
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Current Accredited Trade Test Certification
· Appliance Technician (Industrial – Electrical) Diploma with 3 years hands on experience in similar role OR 5 to 7 years’ experience in similar role within a reputed organization.
· Must understand regulatory compliance and be able to maintain and submit any documentation required such as equipment maintenance logs, maintenance reports, etc.
· Able to communicate in English, Arabic is added value.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be mentally and physically fit and have the ability to work long periods. Should be energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to work under pressure
