Brief Role: The purpose of this position is to lead with developing, implementation and maintenance of a performance management program including dashboards, KPIs, balance scorecards and quarterly business reviews; as well as report analysis based on the collection of data related to the strategy performance, management and performance of all teams from bottom to top.
Responsibilities are as follows:
1-Develop a set of KPIs to monitor the performance for all the employees of WFI
2-Develop custom dashboards (KPIs);
3-Create and track relevant KPIs for the various operations leaders in a timely and consistent manner (monthly and quarterly);
4-Interpret data and analyze results in order to provide key business information and recommendations for improvement
5- Work with SBUs leaders and other internal partners in order to understand the objectives and outline of their specific business sectors
6- Monitor and measure the ongoing business results against objectives
7- Maintain, develop, improve and automate reports
8-Create standardized reports that link corporate KPIs to KPI program for teams and SBUs
9-Escalate issues encountered related to data/reports as soon as they become apparent, while providing viable solutions and options to address these challenges
10- Deliver ad hoc projects as required
- Bachelors: Finance / business administration
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
