Key Account Manager (B2B / B2C)

Job Description :

Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.Achieve the targets, KPI, schedules, policies and procedures.Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.Comply with all health and safety regulations.Report to management regarding sales results and productivityEnsures that all duties and procedures are carried out according to the set standards.Ensures that all aspects of the operation achieve and maintain manages the Operations in a way that achieves high standards of service guest’s satisfaction.Supports in menu planning and the research and development of new trends in food and beverage items, and to work closely with the Production department on products development.Builds a strong and cohesive management team.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent relative to Field Expertise.Proven food and beverage management experience 2 to 5 years.Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.Communication and leadership skills.Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.Able to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.Professional attitude and appearance at all times.Have a Car.
