Key Account Manager (E-Commerce and Retail) Automotive

R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s / T a s k s

Regional responsibility for the customer:

– Analyzes customer’s market, business targets & strategy, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers

– Activate market intelligence and professional network to develop new opportunities

– Benchmark, gap analysis and custom elaborated approach of major retailer’s prospects

– Contract, offer and tender handling on a regional basis

– Monthly reporting on the customer in a total overall view (Hi-Low; Figures like turnover, profit, MK spending, activities etc.)

Responsibility for build-up and maintenance of customer contact scheme with all relevant parties in the headquarter of the customer

Definition of regional customer strategy (3 years plan) in terms of:

– hunting list & prospect plan

– potential & Company internal position

– sell-out                                                                                                

– pricing

– product & brand portfolio

– sales channel and competitive situation for the customer

Support IKAM Group Head & Regional AFM Sales Heads with input for budgeting, FC and MARCOM spending
