Kaizen Promoter | Toyota & Lexus | Al Futtaim Motors | Ras Al Khaimah
About the position:
- Develop process flow charts to explain current and desired process
- Conduct time and motion study and analyze it at both Macro and Micro level and develop process improvement proposal
- Implement Kaizen action to improve quality of services, generate productive time, cost reduction, Net Promoter Scores, Job explanation to customers, Sales / Aftersales Standard Operating Procedure penetration
- Organize small group activities to provide training to associates and gather their feedback
- Compilation and creation of reports to visual status of activities on weekly basis in the branch
- Retain an alignment to the company vision for Customer and Employee engagement
- Generate productive time/lead time reduction, and actively participate in all Kaizen activities at initial stage so branch members be able to find and solve problems by Kaizen
- Comply with company and distributor policy towards achievement of objectives and targets
- Assist with the orientation, training and coaching of staff and colleagues to achieve workplace efficiency and safety
Skills
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 5 years (Preferably, in After Sales as Service Adviser)
- Preference – Experience of Toyota Kaizen programmes
- Ability to learn new programmes and later implement it
- Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Package
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
