The incumbent will contribute to the design process by collaborating with senior designers to conceptualize and develop innovative furniture designs aligned with current trends and customer preferences. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of visual presentations, mood boards, and prototypes for new product lines; supporting the production of marketing collateral, such as catalogs, brochures, social media graphics, and digital content; and participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and product launches. The incumbent will also ensure brand messaging and visual identity consistency across all platforms; conduct research on design trends, materials, and competitors to inform design decisions; assist in coordinating product photo shoots, including styling and art direction; provide feedback and support to junior designers and interns as required; and remain current on industry developments and emerging design technologies.
