Position Title: Jr. Air Freight Executive (Import & Export)

Job Description:
- Perform all aspects of air freight operations such as but not limited to sourcing air export rates, executing air shipments, and managing import activity.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoice to clients after services are rendered.
- Manage all paperwork, including customs clearance documents, daily reports for clients, incoming and outgoing couriers, while providing follow-up on shipments.
- Collaborate with clients, airlines, and handling agents to provide freight solutions, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and keep clients informed on shipment statuses.
- Adhere to the company’s quality, environmental, and safety processes, and all trade compliance policies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to German nationals
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role
- Must have Air Freight knowledge & experience – import & export activities and documentation
- Knowledge in computer applications related to work (such as but not limited to CargoWise One, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, MS offices, Transportation management systems – TMS)
