Job Description
- Installation, Configurations, Implementations, management and troubleshooting of all IT system as per company guidelines (POS, ERP, CCTV, Servers, Clients, Printers, Emails, Networks, Security, VPN, Links).
- Providing round the clock technical support and offer proactive IT support
- Installation of the operating systems and configuration the PC on the network
- LAN/WAN systems proper functioning, integration, troubleshooting
- Installation of troubleshooting hubs, routers and switches
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs of IT hardware to deliver fully-functioning equipment.
- Helping clients and consumers in evaluating the extent of a specific problem to offer useful solutions.
- Responsible or smooth running of All IT systems, windows, software, print, emails, anti-virus and other IT Equipment.
- Other duties seems appropriate as per the nature of the job.
Skills
- Skilled at installing and troubleshooting desktop PC operating systems , network client software.
- Possessing knowledge of remote installation, troubleshooting, and repair work of computers and relevant components.
- Proven record of exhibiting excellent image deployment tasks at an enterprise level.
- Skilled in conducting maintenance, fault-finding, and installation activities of various components of IT services
