Job Description
Qualifications:
1.1. Bachelor’s degree i.e. either Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
1.2. Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming.
1.3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
1.4. Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
1.5. Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
Job responsibilities:
2.1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
2.2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
2.3. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
2.4. Provide user support which includes helping set up hardware or software, and diagnosing connectivity or data access problems.
2.5. Create and update dashboards, screens, reports, etc. on the company ERP system (Epicor).
2.6. Update the security matrix to all the computer software and system of the company.
2.7. Installing network cables in each department area.
2.8. Troubleshooting routers, switches, ports, etc. to ensure good network connectivity.
2.9. Installing new CCTV cameras, access points, and IP telephones.
