Technical Support Engineer
Skills
- Administer the creation, operation, modification, and deletion of username and passwords of employees in the specified system and servers. (Firewalls, active directory etc)
- Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot desktop, network & systems problems.
- Provide network access to users as required.
- Act as a Tier-2 Support for IT related issues register in IT helpdesk
- Installation of IP phones and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain the IT asset documentation and ensuring that all assets are recorded, updated/removed.
- Lease with the vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Highly involve in on/off boarding of employees, setup the machines, required software and all the related setups.
- Experience in Microsoft and Cisco network product along with Avaya IP telephony
- Good understanding of FortiGate firewalls.
- Good understanding of VPN tunnels.
- Work in the shifts (As needed)
